Organic Eggs

Nothing beats a freshly laid organic Heritage Lane Farm egg!  Don't be fooled by the marketing terminology used to make your store bought eggs sound healthier. From cartons that read "cage-free", "free-range", and "pasture-raised", they make you feel like you are buying the best option. At Heritage Lane Farm our eggs come from hens that are all of the above and more. These ladies have never seen a cage. Free-ranging isn't a term, it's been their life since hatching. And pasture living is all they know; from the daily sunshine to the plethora of bugs, these girls are living the good (healthy) life!

Our egg yolks are not pale yellow like you find in your store bought eggs. Ours are rich, golden orange! Beware, once you taste these you can never go back to bland, tasteless eggs again. Our hens roam our 15-acre homestead and feast on grass, insects, worms, and organic feed. Thanks to this natural and organic lifestyle, their egg yolks are rich in both color and flavor. 

Our egg carton will contain 12 farm-fresh eggs that vary in size and color due to the variety of breeds we have here on the farm. Your carton may contain white, brown, chocolate brown, or blue/green-colored eggs.
